• Passports: first page of passport for every member of the family (Mandatory for all members of the family)
• Certificat de sélection du Québec (if applicable)
• Confirmation of permanent residence (if applicable)
• Work permit (if applicable)
• Study permit (if applicable)
• Birth Certificate
• Visitor permit
• Other appropriate documents
